straperetana chef contest

straperetana greets 2018 with a convivial and unconventional project: invite four couples made up of an artist and a curator ready to challenge each other, cooking a course each one of a menu consisting of appetizer, first course, second course and dessert, at the end of which each of the couples was assigned a score by a varied jury composed of artists, curators, collectors and journalists. at the end of the awarding ceremony an old italian game called “mercante in fiera”  was held with the cards made for the occasion by Adelaide Cioni, where the players challenged each other with blows of enthusiasts aiming for nuts, almonds and hazelnuts to grab the coveted prizes in grabs

appetizer: baccalà a colazione a cura di

elena bellantoni & silvano manganaro 

first dishes: fettuccine al ragù bianco di agnello in crosta di pecorino e menta a cura di

alessandro sarra & davide ferri

second dishes: pallotte cacio e ova a cura di

matteo fato & simone ciglia

dessert: breve storia d’amore a cura di

ilaria gianni & gabriele de santis
